Edmonton, Canada JS Cleaning Services Full time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision and Leadership**:

- Lead, supervise, and train a team of residential cleaning staff.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and routines.
- Address and resolve staff issues and conflicts in a timely manner.
- **Quality Control**:

- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company standards and client expectations.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures.
- Respond to client complaints and inquiries, ensuring prompt resolution.
- **Operational Management**:

- Coordinate daily cleaning activities and allocate tasks to staff.
- Ensure adequate staffing levels to meet operational needs.
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and staff performance.
- **Inventory and Supplies**:

- Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Place orders for supplies and ensure timely delivery. to our team or work sites.
- Maintain equipment in good working condition and arrange for repairs as needed.
- **Health and Safety**:

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular safety training and drills for cleaning staff.
- Investigate and report any accidents or incidents promptly.
- **Client Relations**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Conduct site visits and meetings with clients to assess needs and satisfaction.
- Develop customized cleaning plans based on client requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education and Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential or commercial cleaning, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- **Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong leadership, interpersonal and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using cleaning equipment and products.
- Basic computer skills for record-keeping and communication.
- Experience in managing budgets and resources effectively

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Physical ability and reliability to show up to all shifts and work sites to complete all cleaning tasks.
- Capability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Personal vehicle is required for this position with valid insurance and registration.
