Landscape Salesperson

LANDCARE is an established, award-winning landscaping company offering year-round employment in our high-energy, team-oriented environment Providing Design, Landscape Construction, Softscapes, Commercial and Residential Maintenance, and Snow Removal services to our clients in Toronto for over 30 years.
We are looking for a high energy Landscaper and strong Salesperson with a focus on small to medium construction, softscapes and gardens, to join our team
**Job Description**:
- Estimate, sell and supervise the installation of landscape projects and garden enhancements to our clients.
- Quickly turn in-house leads in projects
- Develop sales opportunities outside of company channels
- Assigned select list of Maintenance clients: provide site supervision and landscape sales
- Create job packages from estimates for field teams
Landcare Description:
- Interesting clients with sufficient disposable income to install your projects
- Work independently within a team environment - support from Management, and Administration team
- Office and work from home options
- An in-house professional team to install your ideas
- The support of a design team to convey your ideas in formal designs when needed

- Seasonal work, or Year-round with snow removal/supervision and business development
- FULL TIME, PERMANENT, STABILITY, SAFETY, SALARY & COMMISSION, BENEFITS (Hospital, Drug, Emergency, Travel, Dental, Life, Paramedical: chiro, physio, acupuncture, massage, etc.) BONUSES, RAISES, VEHICLES, TRAINING, SEMINARS, GROWTH, TEAMWORK
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of landscape sales and estimating experience
- Good horticultural and plant knowledge required
- Very strong time management skills required
- Proven skills at building and cultivating relationships that result in sales opportunities and repeat referrals.
- Ability to influence, successfully present solutions, and negotiate contracts with potential clients
- Experience, selling to property managers and condo board an asset
- Excel, Word, and Outlook skills required
- Maintenance sales experience and asset
- Landscape diploma or certification is an asset
- Design software experience an asset
- Clean Class G with driver's abstract is required (own vehicle is an asset)
- Winter snow removal experience an asset
**Start Date: Fall 2024/SPRING 2025**
**Salary shown is base only, does not include commission. Salary and Commission are negotiable based on experience**

- Landscape Sales: 5 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Clean G Licence (required)
