Service Coordination, Administrative Assistant

Join our friendly and successful Door Doctor team Door Doctor is an established company in the Overhead Door industry and has been in business for over 40 years. We are seeking a task oriented, self-starting, friendly individual with excellent telephone manner and superior customer service skills for the full time position of Administrative Assistance and Service Coordination with our Ottawa administrative team. Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.
Role, Responsibilities and Qualifications:
Previous experience working in a service coordination position.
Hands-on and/or educational background in customer service and administrative assistance with strong telephone communication skills, and experience with a variety of important office duties.
Excellent command of the English language (verbal and written). Bilingualism is an asset.
Strong proficiency in the MS Office Suite is an asset.
Answering incoming calls, directing call traffic, taking appointments, taking and delivering messages.
Assistance with various administrative tasks such as filing and completing various paperwork as required or assigned by your manager.
Additional assistance to the administrative and management team as required with various tasks.

**Salary**: $123.45-$678.90 per hour
