Emergency dispatch operator (crisis-911 calls), we are seeking a serious, friendly and resourceful person to work overnight Sunday-Thursday answering emergency and other calls, and ensuring proper message delivery each time.

**Requirements**:

- **Must be 100% reliable**, even though the call volume at night is very low, you must make every effort to be on time and available for all your shifts.
- Solid understanding of call centre/customer service environments.
- Demonstrated loyalty in previous positions.
- Self-starter and reliable: be able to work under mínimal supervision with good problem solving skills and know how to handle sensitive information with tact.
- Superior verbal communication skills and excellent command of English.
- Highly organized and detail oriented to ensure perfect service every time.
- At complete ease in computerized environment with strong computer and typing skills.
- Must be able to pass criminal checks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $18.50 per hour
