**Position Summary**

Weekend Operations refers to our Saturday and Sunday afternoon/evening programming, that includes Open Gym and parties. Fitset Ninja is looking for an experienced leader for our Weekend Operations Lead role.

The Weekend Operations Lead is responsible for ensuring smooth, consistent and efficient operations of the Fitset Ninja facility during our weekend programming. This role involves managing employees, training and development of staff, implementation of programming and facility management.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Leadership_
- Act as a member of the Fitset Ninja leadership team
- Participate in all leadership planning and update meetings
- Bring forward ideas to improve operations and customer experience
- Staffing_
- Main support for all weekend staff
- Directly supervise the Weekend Operations Coaches
- Create the weekend operations schedules
- Find last minute staff coverage if required or rework the schedule wherever necessary
- Fill in on weekend roles If a role is left unfilled due to breaks or otherwise
- Lead weekend staff training and development, including conducting performance reviews
- Facilitate and lead an informative and energetic weekend prep meeting each day
- Ensure staff are in their designated roles at all times and fulfilling the responsibilities within that role
- Ensure that weekend operations coaches are aware of and following all company policies and procedures
- Customer Service_
- Ensure that customers and guests are receiving exceptional customer service
- Gather feedback from customers and share with leadership team as required
- Promote Fitset Ninja programming to customers and guests
- Weekend Management_
- Ensures weekend supplies are fully stocked
- Communicate to Facility Lead regarding any supply needs on the weekend (ie. party supplies)
- Support the development and implementation of the weekly cashout process and ensure all removed cash is secure
- Responsible for creation and maintenance of a weekend operations Spotify playlist & ensure ninja content is being displayed on tvs (if applicable)
- Facility_
- Ensure all closing duties and lock up requirements are completed on a daily basis
- Implements Deep Clean process during slow weekend hours
- Conduct constant safety scans/checks of the obstacles and stations
- Ensure participants are following the gym rules and playing safe

**Qualifications**
- Prior experience working with children & youth
- Prior leadership experience
- Ability to work weekends on a consistent and recurring basis
- Valid Standard First Aid / CPR-C required within three months of hire date
- Completed and cleared Police Record check with Vulnerable Sector Search completed prior to start date
- Completion of the Respect in Sport for Activity Leaders Certificate within one month of hire date
- Background in fitness industry
