Leston Holdings is a property management and development company with numerous apartment buildings & projects throughout Edmonton. We are looking for a creative Content Creator to promote our upcoming building developments and lease-ups. The Content Creator will be responsible for developing high-quality images, reels, video tours, and ad copy for social media, websites, and print. The Content Creator will work with the Marketing Coordinator on a social media strategy for each development and the Content Creator will implement the strategy. This person will understand the successes and challenges of content from our market competitors.

Starting Wage: $22 - $25 depending on experience and skills.
This is a 1 year temporary position that has the opportunity to grow into a permanent position.
This position is part time and may lead into a full time position.

**Duties**
- Work with the Marketing and Communications Coordinator to develop a social media strategy for each new building development
- Keep up to date on the happenings at each construction site by visiting the sites on a regular basis and communicating with the site superintendents. Schedule posts, reels, and stories to social media channels with updates on construction. During the lease up stage, promote available suites on used social media platforms. Post anything else required that is in the social media strategy developed. Engage with social media channels with anything else additional and necessary.
- Keep up to date on community events and update social media accordingly
- Analyze customer expectations according to past social media activity
- Develop and execute social media campaigns
- Define KPIs and KRAs for social media campaigns
- Update social media content across all channels
- Engage with customers and followers
- Use social media marketing tools to ensure consistent brand management
- Monitor campaigns and analyze data obtained
- Monitor SEO, customer engagement, and web traffic metrics.
- Establish relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network
- Develop content and maintain a consistent online presence
- Keep an eye on social media trends
- Work with Marketing Coordinator, Director, and Senior Leasing Agent to ensure suite features, rates, and incentives are up to date in all ongoing campaigns
- Work with the Marketing Coordinator on print marketing materials (brochures, flyers for open houses, etc) as needed
- Communicate effectively to all stakeholders including senior management

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Experience in social media content creation and management is required
- Knowledge and experience with Canva and/or Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop is required
- Experience in creating social media strategies
- Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Experience with photography would be considered an asset
- Experience with a drone would be considered an asset
- Experience with promoting and hosting an open house event would be considered an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Natural ability to stay up to date on current trends & local activities and to work independently to craft engaging content
- Engaging, outgoing and proactive
- Organized and able to multitask
- Leasing experience would be considered an asset

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
