North Saanich, Canada Victoria Air Maintenance Full time

Victoria Air Maintenance is seeking a licensed AME-E for work in Victoria, BC at CYYJ.

**Duties**:

- Perform installation, service, and repair tasks on aircraft in accordance with company and industry standards;
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues using appropriate tools and equipment;
- Test avionics systems to ensure proper functioning;
- Interpret technical manuals and schematics to perform installations and repairs;
- Complete Maintenance Releases for work performed;
- Document all maintenance activities and keep accurate records;
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects and meet deadlines; and
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications:

- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of aircraft electrical systems;
- Proficient in using various tools, and other mechanical equipment;
- Experience reading and interpreting technical manuals and wiring diagrams;
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail; and
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.

**Salary**: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

- North Saanich, BC V8L 5V5 (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- North Saanich, BC V8L 5V5: Relocate before starting work (required)
