As a Chef at Glasstown Brewing Company you will lead the kitchen team and manage day-to-day operations, including menu planning and preparation, ordering supplies, and ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly. You will work with our Chef de Cuisine to develop and maintain high culinary standards and ensure consistency in all dishes. You are expected to plan, develop and execute new and seasonal menu items utilizing wood oven cooking and traditional techniques like sous vide and sourdough.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a head chef or
culinary lead in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Proven ability to lead and manage a kitchen team
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking
techniques, and kitchen operations, including wood
oven cooking
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage
multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for food and a commitment to delivering
high-quality dishes
