Dealer Development Manager, Western Ontario

**Requirements**:
- Foster lasting relationships and loyalty with existing and new dealers and provide exceptional customer service.
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations, product training and provide full support to the dealer sales cycle.
- Research and target new prospective customers and new market expansion opportunities.
- Actively participate in industry events to increase brand awareness, improve product knowledge, and drive new customer acquisition.
- Actively listen and uncover client needs/requirements and deliver optimal solution and support.
- Keep abreast of the industry landscape, changing market conditions and innovation opportunities.
- Ability to work independently with proven time management skills to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Willing to travel extensively (50%) to different cities across Western Ontario.
- Ability to work from home office and/or regional office
**Skills/Qualifications**:
- Proven work experience as a sales professional, preferably in the pool and spa chemical industry.
- Highly motivated & target driven self-started with a proven track record in delivering results.
- Stong prioritization, time management and organizational skills.
- Seasoned relationship management capabilities and a collaborative team player.
- Post-secondary education preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
