- The Leduc Beaumont Devon Primary Care Network is a joint venture between participating local family physicians and Alberta Health Services. Our mandate is to sustain and enhance the quality, coordination, and integration of health care services in Leduc and area and to improve the quality of life for the community of patients and physicians._

We have a team of 4 Clinical Administrators who support our operations. Over the busy summer vacation season, we are looking to hire a casual Clinical Administrator to provide coverage. The position would start mid-May with training and wrap up in mid-September. The dates required are:
May 13/14 Training
- May 16, 21, 24, 28,20
- June 4,5, 11, 14, 18, 20, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28
- July 16, 18, 22, 23, 25, 29, 30, 31
- August 6,7, 8, 13, 15
- September 3, 4 10, 12
- There could be a possibility of more dates.

**JOB DUTIES**

**Reception**:
- Answer phones/greet patients.-
- Open/close office - including infection control of all patient areas.-
- Routine office tasks as required ie. Mail, courier, supplies, photocopying, etc.-
- Prepare patient/physician packages.**Clinical Support**:
- Set up new patients in EMR.-
- Book appointments.-
- Monitor faxes and upload into Accuro (electronic medical records) and distribute to recipients.-
- Record weekly TNA.**QUALIFICATIONS**- Experience working in a medical setting.-
- Word and Excel experience required. Sharepoint (Microsoft) experience an asset.-
- Experience working with an EMR, particularly Accuro.-
- Good verbal and written communication skills-
