This full-time permanent position for a Contract Manager is offering potential flexibility for a hybrid role offering a combination of in office and remote work.

**Responsibilities**:
Reporting to the General Counsel, this position provides contract support to all Canada business units within Acuren and its affiliates with respect to RFP responses, contract review and negotiation of terms and conditions including ongoing contract amendment support.

The role will be responsible for all aspects of the contract process including:

- Identify and mitigate risk in contracts in accordance with approved risk standards and corporate policies including assessing Acuren’s legal obligations and liabilities, including insurance requirements
- Responsible to think about legal risk within a contract holistically and work with operations and other internal clients to negotiate an appropriate deal
- Prepare sub-contracts and consulting services agreements with support from team members.
- Responsible for managing the Tender and Contract process starting from the initial customer request, bid preparation, through to contract award and execution
- Develop, negotiate, maintain and review all business contracts to ensure compliance with Acuren's business strategy
- Provide support and expertise to the Acuren Management team to ensure contracts are prepared in a professional and accurate manner and executed in accordance with the corporate risk management policy
- Extensive knowledge and experience in the interpretation of contract terms

**Requirements**:

- Thorough knowledge of indemnity and liability;
- The ability to understand, interpret, modify and negotiate legal terms, with assistance and support from Counsel and Sr. Contract Managers;
- Insurance principles including basic knowledge of the various types of coverages pertinent to construction and industrial services work;
- Effective interpersonal communication and consulting skills to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of the organization as well as customers of Acuren;
- Advanced organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple concurrent projects and demands;
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate legal principles so that others can make informed risk decisions;
- Consistently demonstrates an understanding of, and compliance with various Acuren Policies and procedures (after orientation and training).
- Thorough understanding of Industrial Services, NDT and Nuclear industry terms and conditions
- Understanding of the industry competitors and customers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
