Paralegal

We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Refugee Case Paralegal to join our dynamic team. As a paralegal specializing in refugee cases, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients through the intricate process of seeking asylum and refuge in Canada.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct initial client interviews and gather relevant case information.
- Research and stay updated on changes in immigration laws and regulations.
- Assist in preparing clients for hearings and interviews.
- Maintain accurate and organized case files.
- Communicate effectively with clients, government agencies, and legal partners.

**Qualifications**:

- Paralegal certification or relevant legal education.
- Proven experience in refugee and immigration law.
- Strong understanding of Canadian immigration policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**How to Apply**:
**Salary**: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 36 per week
