The Processing SET SCL position will support the day to day operation for the manufacturing team, to ensure we are delivering quality product to our consumers every day. The Processing SET SCL is responsible for the development of our current and new SETs, leading our site training agenda, raising the bar on IPS audits, and working cross functionally with our reliability partners to ensure we are producing the best quality product to delight our consumers.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Responsible for the development of a team of SETs across the PC and Grains department, in addition to our quarterly co-op
- Lead training agenda to ensure we are fully staffed and capable
- Drive the IPS agenda through SET ownership
- Top 5 collaboration with reliability team
- Drive Quality agenda through engaging SETs and frontline
- Execute trials in conjunction with R&D
- Train and provide technical expertise to the team and broader organization members where appropriate

Qualifications:
**Skills & Knowledge Required**:

- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and leading for results through others
- High level of skill in coaching teams and working as a team player
- Experience in manufacturing environment
- Excellent communication skills
- High degree of organizational skills and attention to detail

**Minimum Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated people and leadership skills
- Team based approach to decision making
