Supply Chain Data Analyst

**Major Duties**:
Proactive member of Corporate Supply Chain team, contributing to all aspects of the data analyst role, focused on cost reduction initiatives.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Working with IT and Supply Chain teams from all divisions: collect, organize, and format all global purchasing data into standard, regular information reports.
- Producing periodic key performance indicators scorecards in accordance with Global Procurement needs.
- Communicating with ATS Divisions to disseminate reports and collected information
- Continuously improving data structures and gathering processes, including implementation of common category codes, and part numbering standards where appropriate.
- Working with Category Leads to create and maintain sourcing information files to support efficient category analysis. Support Supply Chain performance improvement by providing targeted analysis (for example, regional price comparisons, part and supplier consolidation metrics, standards compliance data).
- Working with ATS segments and ATS Corporate Office to identify specific improvement opportunities and capture outcomes.
- Analyzing supply industry sectors to evaluate supply market and industry trends.
- Ensuring that all business activities are performed with the highest ethical standards and in compliance with the ATS Code of Business Conduct
- Adhering to all health and safety rules and procedures

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
**Education**:
Post-secondary degree in business, computer science, Supply Chain Management, Accounting or equivalent.

**Experience**:
- Strong analytical skills: ability to conduct in-depth industry and company research (using a variety of sources) and distil information in in a succinct manner; ability to conduct detailed review of company supply chain information and develop detailed excel based supply chain models and analysis
- Self Starter: ability to take initiative and work independently to enhance the data maturity of the organization. Must be able to ramp up in working knowledge of underlying data.
- 2 years’ experience in a database management or business analyst position.
- Communication: ability to prepare and clearly present/explain information so it can be understood by others, ability to transfer knowledge clearly and effectively. (German/Italian fluency is an asset)
- Prioritizing ability to work in a fast paced environment in an organized and thoughtful manner
- Conceptual understanding of Supply Chain tools and systems.
- Excellent understanding of IT systems, tools, data structures and database architecture.
- Must be an advanced user of Excel.
- Knowledge of Python and SQL an asset
- Experience Developing in BI systems (Tableau, Power BI) an asset
