The primary purpose of this position is to analyze dealer vehicle inventory requirements to support District Sales Managers in the allocation of vehicles and monitor proper distribution and follow-up of vehicles at all times. This position is the key contact point for our sales team, dealers as well as our distribution team.
POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Assist with import, receipt, and distribution of vehicles to dealers in a specified area.
- Process orders from dealers, analyze availability and schedule delivery and follow-up.
- Gather and provide information relative to shipping schedules, model/color availability, billing and inventory.
- Analyzing months’ supply by dealership and recommending vehicle distribution strategy to Sr, DSM/ZM.
- Prepare sales and market analysis reports.
- Sell HACC demos as per policy.
- Analyze and make recommendations regarding vehicle zone distribution and system changes.
- Analyze dealer vehicle requirements to support District Sales Managers.
- Provide weekly and monthly status reports to Zone Manager.
- Managing workflow insuring the high zone standards are maintained
- Creating and managing team schedules
- Answering dealer, DSM and National calls regarding distribution
- Compiling all data required for the Friday report

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong collaboration skills
- Strong MS Office skills (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience in automotive industry an asset
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent presentation and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND DESIGNATIONS
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in same or similar function.
- Completion of an undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
