**Administrative Assistant**

**About Us**:
Automated Variable controls Inc. (Avcontrols) is based out of Lucan, ON. Primarily we are a Field Service oriented business for electrical control systems with the capabilities of providing fully engineered electrical solutions.

**Responsibilities**
- Keep track of customer orders
- Keep track of open orders with suppliers
- Create and maintain a process for tracking customer and supplier orders
- Order office supplies as needed
- Maintain our pricing within Quickbooks
- Book travel arrangements as required
- Other Duties as assigned

**Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience**
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a bonus
- Ability to report to work in Lucan
- Must be legally eligible to work in Ontario

- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
