**About the Role**
- Contact and schedule owners for Pre-Delivery Inspections & Key Handovers as directed by Customer Care Management and Sales Team
- Facilitate Pre-Delivery Inspections & Key Handovers when required
- Organize and ensure proper archival of homeowner documentation
- Onsite facilitation and scheduling of move-ins (including, control & padding of elevators, mitigate building damages, weekend work will be required during peak turnover periods)
- Prioritize customer care inquiries and develop action items accordingly per Marcon’s process and guidelines
- Facilitate and assign service files to Customer Care Technicians & Representatives
- Assist to maintain, update and close service files in a timely manner
- Correspond and follow up with homeowners and tradesmen on service files
- Data entry of project & warranty dates to Customer Care Database
- Upload warranty documentation to the Customer Care Database
- Create reports for Customer Care Management & Sales Team when required
**About You**
- Experienced with multi-family residential closing process
- Friendly customer service-oriented personality
- Exceptional verbal & written communication skills
- Diplomacy, and patience handling customer inquiries
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment effectively
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Professional and courteous rapport with customers and tradesmen
- Flexible, a positive attitude and detail oriented
- Possess reliable transportation and able to commute to various sites from time to time when required (parking & mileage will be compensated)
