We are recruiting for an experienced
**Marketing Executive/Lead Generating Specialist** for
**Mississauga Location, ON**.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create outbound and inbound lead generation strategies(particularly in the manufacturing sector).
- Write content such as blog articles and guides and edit external contributions
- Create and maintain editorial guidelines for all contributors
- Ensure relevant content is shared across strategic channels such as the website, newsletters, social, and more in a timely manner
- Develop the amplification strategy across social channels and work with the social media team to elevate our presence
- Answer inbound client questions about our services and share feedback with Product to ensure we are meeting our clients' goals.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with both internal & external stakeholders to ensure the talent acquisition team works effectively to source, recruit, and hire qualified talent efficiently
- Propose and implement concrete solutions for attracting & acquiring talent (search strategies, external visibility, and appropriate sources of recruitment)
- Stay abreast of new market trends and use best practices to develop creative position marketing strategies and update our recruitment tools accordingly (job postings, interview templates, psychometric tests, management and talent attraction platform);
- Coordinate various projects and events to promote our employer brand
- Staying current on the company's organizational structure, policies, and employment practices.

**Requirements**:

- Must possess the ability to represent and sell the company's services to potential clients.
- Must possess the ability to bring new clients to the company.
- Must have previous B2B Sales and Marketing experience.
- Previous Sales Experience working with Employment/Staffing Agencies an asset.

**Job Types: Full-time, Permanent**

**Pay Rate: Depends on experience**
