**Responsibilities**
- Manage, monitor, and oversee all terminal operations.
- Plan, implement, and supervise staff to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Implement changes to transportation services and policies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety rules, administrative procedures and government regulations.
- Collaborate with staff and managers to establish and implement goals and objectives.
- Foster a positive and respectful work environment.
- Monitor equipment and ensure proper maintenance.
- Other duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience as a terminal manager.
- Ability to coach and direct employees.
- Strong decision-making skills and adherence to company policies.
- Proficiency in Excel, Windows, and Outlook.
- Organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
