**Qualifications**:
**Education and Experience**:
A minimum 3-year diploma/degree in a relevant field such as Information Systems or Marketing required.

A minimum of a 5 years of experience in customer service, direct marketing, and sales, with practical experience making use of marketing and data analysis tools. Experience in the use of CRM (salesforce) for Business Intelligence gathering and analysis and experience in the use of Marketing Automations tools to build and execute sales communications will be preferred.

**Other Required Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated proficiency in Customer Relationship Management Systems (Salesforce) including day-to-day administration, customization, and maintenance.
- Management experience or training is desirable.
- Experience using Form Assembly or similar Salesforce apps to collect and automate information through web forms.
- Exceptional audit and business process development skills to analyze operations, identify improvements and efficiencies, establish best practices and lead implementation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting, training, writing reports, preparing proposals and documentation.
- Effective organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize objectives and meet critical deadlines.
- Reliable analytical, research and problem-solving skills.
- Effective project management and leadership skills.

**Physical/Work Environment Essential Requirements**:
The successful incumbent must have the ability to report to the work location or work temporarily from a remote location with reliable internet access, as approved by the College and in accordance with the college’s Telework Policy.

**Salary & Terms**:

- **Admin Group**:Pay Band 10: $77,520 - $96,900 per annum, commensurate on education and experience. In addition to the salary, the position is eligible for pay for performance.
