**Yard Labourer**

**General Responsibilities**
- Moving trucks and trailers to where needed.
- Assisting with inventory counts and entry into data system.
- General clean up around the maintenance yard and shop including mowing, snow removal, organizing parts and equipment.
- Disposing of garbage and waste at the landfill.
- Shipping and receiving of parts and equipment.
- Deliveries and pick-ups of parts and supplies in Virden and surrounding areas.
- Assisting with general maintenance on vehicles and equipment (ex. greasing, oil changes).
- Vehicle delivery and drop offs.
- Other reasonable duties as assigned by your supervisor.
- Promote and reinforce all required Health and Safety policies and work practices to ensure a safe and hazard free work environment for all.
- Be familiar with and conduct self according to RFNOW Inc Policy & Procedures

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Must have reliable transportation to get to shop on a daily basis.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and general computer abilities.
- Some mechanical experience an asset.

**Requirements**:

- Maintain a minimum Valid Class 5 Drivers License is required - Class 3 License would be an asset.
- Reliable, Dependable and Strong work ethic.
- Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Must be physically fit with the ability to walk and stand for the majority of the day, able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

**Job Details**:

- General hours of work: Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm with the expectation that there will be the occasional requirement to work on weekends to ensure operational needs are being met.
- $24.00 per hour
- 100 hours per pay period
