Estimator / Project manager for NeüFenster doors and windows.

Job Description: Our company is seeking an experienced and dynamic Estimator / Project manager to join our team in Laval. As an Estimator / Project manager, you will be responsible for estimating the cost of windows projects for our clients, responding to inquiries, and generating new sales opportunities through lead follow-ups and customer referrals.

**Responsibilities**:
Estimate the cost of windows projects for clients.

Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving customer issues promptly and effectively.

Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.

Follow up on leads generated by marketing campaigns and customer referrals.

Collaborate with other members of the sales team to identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to close deals.

Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing the sale, ensuring that customer expectations are met or exceeded.

Work with the project management team to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in sales and estimating.

Experience in the doors and windows industry is a plus.

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

Bilingual (English/French) is required.

Description de l’emploi:
Notre entreprise est à la recherche d'un Estimateur/Chargée de projets pour se joindre à notre équipe à Laval. En tant que Estimateur/Chargée de projets, vous serez responsable d'estimer le coût des projets de fenêtres pour nos clients, de répondre aux demandes de renseignements et de générer de nouvelles opportunités de vente grâce au suivi des prospects et aux recommandations de clients.

Responsabilités:
Estimer le coût des projets de fenêtres pour les clients

Fournir un service client exceptionnel en répondant aux demandes de renseignements et en résolvant les problèmes des clients rapidement et efficacement

Développer et entretenir des relations avec les clients existants et potentiels

Assurer le suivi des prospects générés par les campagnes marketing et les recommandations de clients

Collaborer avec d'autres membres de l'équipe de vente pour identifier de nouvelles opportunités de vente et développer des stratégies pour conclure des affaires

Gérer le processus de vente, de la génération de prospects à la conclusion de la vente, en veillant à ce que les attentes des clients soient satisfaites ou dépassées

Travailler avec l'équipe de gestion de projet pour s'assurer que les projets sont livrés à temps et dans les limites du budget

Qualifications:
Au moins 2 ans d'expérience comme Estimateur/Chargée de projets

Une expérience dans le domaine des portes et fenêtres est un plus

Solides compétences en service à la clientèle et en relations interpersonnelles

Excellentes aptitudes à la communication et à la négociation

Motivé et capable de travailler de manière autonome

Maîtrise des logiciels MS Office et CRM

Bilinguisme (anglais/français) requis
