**Job Summary**

This position will provide high quality day to day servicing to Global Transaction Banking (GTB) clients to support business growth and retention. Provides after sales service and support to GTB clients, GTB team members and product management as it relates to global payment and settlement related to RBC’s transaction banking products/services.
- Ensures a consistently superior customer service experience
- Establishes regular communication protocol with GTB Relationship/Associates and Client Service colleagues focusing on continuous/initiatives to ensure milestones are met and associated risks are addressed
- Acts as advocate for GTB clients for resolution of escalated service-related issues and provides advice relative to bank products and services
- Leads on behalf of GTB and or/client; ownership of Service Partner problems and follow-up with any customer concerns
- Prepares and delivers, in partnership with GTB Associates and Vice Presidents, regular service reviews for GTB clients as identified by Client Management team
- Identifies service/operational inefficiencies, which affect clients and makes recommendations for value added enhancements to appropriate stakeholders
- Provides support to the sales teams’ strategy to retain and win business and increase profitability
- Builds and documents individual servicing need recommendations through communication with clients to GTB stakeholders for review and appropriate approval
- Identifies system or process changes to streamline or improve service and processing and playing a key role in the implementation of changes
- Works closely with RBC’s Payments and Trade Operations teams to establish effective working relationships that will enhance client service, provide competitive advantage, and reduce costs
- Consistently reacts and adapts to the changing business environment demonstrating a sense of urgency to deliver a high level of quality service within the established time frames in high profile setting
- Adheres to and has a clear understanding of due diligence guidelines on new accounts according to new account policy
- Actively participate in ensuring awareness of new or changed Policy & Procedures
- Promotes a spirit of teamwork that will provide high valued support to clients and Relationship/Client Management
