Proposal Strategist

Has your aptitude for teamwork made you a pillar and key resource person for your colleagues?

**Your responsibilities**
- Work on group insurance proposals assigned to you, following the processes in place:

- Analyze and interpret the requests and requirements of the proposal
- Participate in the launch meeting
- Develop a personalized response strategy
- In collaboration with various stakeholders, ensure the proper management of proposals, while respecting deadlines
- Draft concise, high-quality documents
- Follow the approval and review processes
- Ensure that proposals highlight iA Financial Group’s distinctive services and are competitive and accurate
- Work closely with internal stakeholders throughout the service offer process
- Monitor market trends and continuously improve iA Financial Group’s service offers, writing standards and offer promotion practices
- Working with the team, maintain and update the content library
- When required, ensure quality control of your peers’ group insurance service offers (audit)
- When required, participate in feedback meetings for all proposals, whether won or lost
- Comply with iA Financial Group’s editorial and visual identity standards

**Your profile**
- 5 to 8 years of group insurance experience
- Excellent writing skills in French and English and ability to write compelling service offers
- Ability to influence others plus excellent communication, leadership and negotiation skills to facilitate meetings with key stakeholders
- Experience preparing service offers and knowledge of the proposal process
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and perform under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Strong team spirit to help meet team-wide service offer challenges
- Ability to communicate the status of service offers to key stakeholders
- Willingness to work outside normal working hours at times to ensure deadlines are met for major or large-scale service offers
- Excellent command (advanced) of MS Excel (complex spreadsheets), MS Word and Adobe Acrobat (PDF)
