**Role Overview**:
As an Accounting Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of managing and maintaining the financial records of our customers. From processing transactions to preparing financial reports, your expertise will be essential in ensuring their financial health. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with customers, providing tailored support and guidance to help them make informed financial decisions and achieve their financial goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries and provide financial insights
- Develop and maintain work schedules, timelines, and budgets
- Monitor work progress and address any issues or delays promptly
- Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, reconciliations, and journal entries
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for customers
- Assist with payroll processing and tax preparation as needed
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve service delivery

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as an Accountant, Bookkeeper, or similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Bookkeeping: 3 years (required)
- QuickBooks: 3 years (required)
