Accounting Office Manager with Caseware Experience

Toronto, Canada Public Accounting Firm - North York Full time

We are a 20 person accounting practice with an excellent reputation and company culture located close to Yonge and Eglinton. We are seeking an organized and friendly office manager for a permanent full-time position.

The skills and attributes required for this position include:

- Excellent command of the English language.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in a fast-paced office environment, preferably at a CPA firm.
- Experience working with Caseware, Caseview, Taxprep, Microsoft Office.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Positive, friendly attitude.
- Post-secondary education is an asset.

Main duties:

- Delivering exceptional client service.
- Formatting and printing financial statements, personal and corporate income tax returns and various letters for staff.
- Preparing and distributing mail, courier packages and faxes.
- Maintaining filing and record systems.
- Answering phone calls and booking appointments.

Compensation:

- $65,000-90,000 annual salary depending on experience.
- Benefits package including health and dental.

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
