**Duration**:December 1, 2024 - January 15, 2025

Join our dynamic team this holiday season We’re looking for enthusiastic and friendly team members to assist at our pre-security check-in counter. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in customer service while spreading holiday cheer. We are hiring for multiple positions at each of our main airports hubs - Vancouver (YVR), Calgary (YYC), Edmonton (YEG), Toronto (YYZ).

**Primary Job Functions**:

- ** Customer Service Excellence**:Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere at the check-in counter.
- ** Check-in Assistance**: Help guests with the check-in process, including verifying reservations, sizing baggage, and answering general inquiries.
- ** Positive Attitude**: Maintain a cheerful demeanor, helping to create a joyful experience for all guests during the busy holiday season.
- ** Mobility and Flexibility**: Stay active and on your feet, assisting guests as needed, and adapting to changing situations quickly and effectively.
- ** Team Collaboration**: Work closely with fellow team members to ensure efficient operations and support each other in delivering top-notch service.
- ** Problem Solving**: Assist in addressing guest concerns or questions with patience and positivity, escalating issues to supervisors when necessary.

- ** Great Attitude**: A positive, can-do spirit that brightens the day for guests and team members alike.
- ** Excellent Communication Skills**: Ability to engage with diverse groups of people in a friendly and approachable manner.
- ** Mobility**: Willingness to be on your feet for extended periods and move around the check-in area as needed.
- ** No Experience Necessary**: We welcome students with no prior experience; training will be provided.
