**The Role - Marketing Manager**

**What You'll Do**:
**Social Media Expert**
- Make our brand accessible and instantly recognizable
- Develop effective marketing projects
- Assist in Sluyter's expansion into the United States
- Think creatively about disruptive methods of entering new markets
- Team up with Customer Service and Business Development to align synergies and promote cohesion internally

**Super User**
- Chat and interact with our followers, customers and prospects
- Run contests
- Generate promotional materials for tradeshows and industry events
- Share on social media about Sluyter's people and culture

**Network Builder**
- Connect and drive social influencers in the aerosol, plumbing and electrical markets online
- Drive traffic to Sluyter's webpage
- Assess Sluyter's webpage and provide practical critique based on where Sluyter is seeking to grow and develop market share

**Content Maker**
- Proficient with photos and video generation and editing
- Use design tools
- Work with other creatives
- Generate reports detailing KPI's, targets and projections
- Participate in Distributor and Customer events and plan customer appreciation and Internal Sluyter events

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years in marketing
- Excellent proficiency in English language and grammar
- In person - in office role
- Demonstrated knowledge of Social Media
- Ability to travel within Canada and the US as required
- Thrives on succeeding and problem solving
- Friendly
- Excellent general computer skills

**Bonus Points**:

- Proficient with video editing and graphic design
- Ability to learn and anticipate Industry and Social Media trends
- Speaks French
- Experience with Google Ads

**Pay and Benefits**:

- Competitive Salary

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
