**Job Description: Fleet Supervisor**

Your focus will be on maintaining and organizing a fleet of equipment and vehicles for all of the employees of OGS to rely on.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with the delivery supervisor to provide all crews with required equipment and vehicles needed.
- Complete minor repairs to vehicles and equipment
- Perform regular greasing and inspections to equipment in our yard and on jobsites.
- Work with suppliers and mechanics to complete all repairs and inspections required.
- Maintain a log of all repairs completed and yearly safeties.
- Maintain the stock of all Supplies in the Yard and the Shop
- Ensure a clean and Safe working environment for all shop activities
- Track and Coordinate all Service and Repairs of Machinery and Vehicles
- Delegate job tasks to appropriate OGS employees to assist in the completion of Day to Day activities
- Operate various tools and equipment, including: heavy equipment, welders, drills, etc.
- Capable of operating required equipment and tools in a safe and responsible manner
- Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment by conducting inspections, lubricating, and cleaning on a daily basis
- Complete and submit all required paperwork on a daily basis, including: repair forms, equipment daily inspection forms, attendance tracking, time and materials billing summaries, requests for time off, etc.
- Comply with all company policies and regulations
- Ensure that all work activities are carried out in a safe and efficient manner, and that all crew members are in compliance with government and company PPE standards
- Enforce and work in accordance with all local health and safety laws and regulations on jobsites
- Communicate with customers in a polite and courteous manner

**Common Repair Requirements**:

- Hydraulic line repair or replacements
- Oil changes on honda and other small engines
- Replace pull cords on quick cut saws, blowers etc
- Hydraulic line repairs and replacements
- Clean and grease equipment while on job sites or after they are returned from job sites
- Oil spray winter equipment before, during and after the snow season
- Swap winter tires onto vehicles, skid steers and other winter equipment
- Diagnostics and repair on small power tools such as quick cut saws, lawn mowers, backpack blowers, trimmers and chainsaws
- Installation, removal and service of plows and salters for winter vehicles and equipment

**Pay Rates**:

- $30 to $34 per hour. Salary may be available

**Hours**:

- Hours are between 7am and 5pm

**Required license or certification**:

- Valid Ontario Class G Driver’s License

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $30.00-$34.00 per hour

- Truck and Equipment Maintenance: 3 years (required)
