**Role Description**:
The Business Analyst II will provide expertise in the areas of requirements definition, business process analysis and design, functional design, data, functional specifications for integrations and reporting configuration, implementation, testing, training, and documentation to deliver enterprise solutions to the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducts workflow and gap analysis for operational support processes.
- Performs analysis and identification of requirements for data, reporting, and integration.
- Acquires and maintains a working knowledge of the university's technical and business environment.
- Understands key technical environments to effectively identify integration, security, scalability, and performance requirements.
- Builds and maintains good working relationships with project teams, business analyst peers, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Analyses the impacts of proposed changes to technology services and or processes within the company.
- Collaborates with technical data conversion, reporting, and integration teams to provide functional information.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of Functional BA experience with Data Conversion exp and understanding system-to-system integration. Also has strong functional skills with experience in end-to-end implementation of COTS.
- Strong background in requirements gathering, process design, running workshops, and working with stakeholders, all the things we would call ‘core’ BA work. It would be great if they had done that on a big system implementation.
- Experience in producing business analysis deliverables such as BRDs, use cases, user scenarios, user stories, and BPMs.
- Strong knowledge of business process mapping and improvement/re-engineering.
- Knowledge of BPMN.
- Experience with data conversion of enterprise systems.
- Experience with implementing integrations between enterprise systems.
- Experience with specifying and writing reports for business stakeholders.

**Nice-to-have**:

- Experience on an enterprise-level implementation project is an asset.
