Notte Kitchen and Wine Bar is a new modern restaurant set to open in the heart of downtown Burlington. We are set to open in the next 1-2 months and will be offering the best in global cuisine using local, fresh ingredients served in a vibrant, contemporary setting.

Our service will be attentive, warm and unpretentious. Our team is to be passionate about delivering food and experiences that will keep our guests coming back again and again.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and other kitchen workers.
- Develop recipes and determine how to present the food.
- Plan menus and ensure that food meets quality standards.
- Estimate amounts and costs of required supplies, such as food and ingredients.
- Order supplies and equipment as needed.
- Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure conformance to established standards
- Ensuring all standards and policies are followed, including those related to food safety, food preparation, timing, cleanliness, and health and safety
- Responsible for all ordering, inventory and tracking all costs
- Achieving financial targets related to the back of the house, including food and labor cost

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year
