**What we’re looking for**

As this is similar to a sales cycle, you should have a proven track record of success in sales and a compelling ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. You’ll will be reporting to the Global Director of Franchising and will assist in the development and implementation of our business strategies: plan, execute, and evaluate our recruiting, marketing, sales, onboarding and support for potential and current franchisees. Ultimately, you are working to ensure the successful expansion of the Tradewell brand through franchised territories nationwide.

At your core, you have excellent business acumen, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills. You are versatile, understand nuance and have the ability to adopts and evolve a company’s sales processes. You understand the importance of strategic business and sales approaches, effective language and communication, and transparency and authenticity in building trust with customers and stakeholders. Ideally, you have a fundamental understanding of franchising processes and strong knowledge of the new construction industry.

**Your responsibilities are**
- Franchise Development: Execute a comprehensive franchising strategy to drive the expansion of the Tradewell brand through franchised locations across the country.
- Franchise Sales: Manage the franchise sales process from lead qualification to contract signing, including conducting presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Franchise Recruitment: Identify and recruit qualified franchisees who align with our company values and possess the skills and resources to successfully operate a Tradewell franchise.
- Franchisee Support: Provide ongoing support and guidance to franchisees, including training, operational assistance, marketing support, and ongoing communication to ensure their success and the success of their franchise locations.
- Franchise Operations: Oversee franchise operations to ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures, and to maintain consistency and quality across all franchised locations.
- Brand Promotion: Develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives to build brand awareness and visibility for Tradewell franchised locations in target markets.
- Collateral Development: Create marketing collateral, presentations, and other materials to support franchise sales efforts and enhance the brand image of Tradewell.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential franchise markets, assess market demand, and determine optimal locations for franchised outlets.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, vendors, partners, and other stakeholders to foster collaboration, trust, and mutual success.
- Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to franchising, prepare regular reports and presentations, and provide strategic recommendations based on data and insights.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to franchising, including franchise disclosure laws, franchise agreements, and marketing regulations.

**Your Qualifications & Skills**:

- 5-7 years of experience in franchising, sales, or talent recruitment
- Ability to speak and write in Spanish and English is mandatory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with franchisees and other stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and achieving business objectives.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to travel within Canada and to US to meet with franchisees, attend industry events, and other relevant business-related activities
- Ability to follow direction and procedures
- Familiar with Google Workspace & MS Office
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

**Other Information**:

- Salary: $65,000 to $75,000 CAD
- Benefits
