Interpro Technical Services Limited is looking for an Inventory/Warehouse Coordinator. We are a field maintenance services company for critical rotating equipment, located in Port Coquitlam, BC.

This is a permanent, full-time position with opportunity for growth.

Responsibilities include:

- Manage tool inventory
- Manage materials inventory
- Manage inventory database
- Ensure that all incoming shipments are received, inspected, and verified according to company standards and procedures.
- Ensure that all outgoing shipments are prepared, packed, and dispatched according to supplier specifications and delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory transactions, movements, and adjustments.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts.
- Work with project managers on initial supply of tools and materials for projects
- Mobilize and demobilize tools and materials at start and completion of projects
- Coordinate ongoing requests from site for supplies
- Calculate actual project consumption of materials
- Arrange annual and as-needed certification of tools and rigging equipment
- Tool repairs
- Disposal of obsolete materials
- Maintain vendor relationships
- Forklift operator
- Ensure compliance with company’s health and safety regulations and best practices in the warehouse.
- Warehouse organization and housekeeping
- Waste and recycling duties

Required skills:

- Intermediate to advanced Excel user
- Highly organized self-starter
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Class 5 driver’s license
- Experience with and knowledge of power tools
- Knowledge of trucking and logistics and working knowledge of courier shipping systems is required
- Forklift operator certification
- WHMIS trained

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
