Due to our continued growth and expansion, our Real Estate Law firm in Ottawa requires a full time experienced Law Clerk/Legal Assistant in real estate law to fulfill the following duties:
SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Handling various parts of the legal aspects of residential real estate transactions;
- Preparing and processing documentation for cases;
- Communicating with brokers, introducers of work, clients and lenders;
- Provide ongoing day-to-day support to other team members and lawyers;
- Various administrative tasks including photocopying/faxing/scanning etc.
- Processing incoming/outgoing calls, mail and couriers;
- Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Word and Excel, Zoom, DocuSign, etc;
- Strong communication skills;
- Outstanding command of English Language;
- Exceptional attention to detail;
- Superior customer/client service skills are essential;
- Excellent time management skills;
- Ability to work in fast paced environment under strict deadlines and service levels;
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, but also within a team environment;

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

- Minimum TWO year's legal experience in real estate law.
- Degree or equivalent;

**Salary**: From $40,000.00 per year
