Join our team at ISURA as a Lab Chemist and play a vital role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products. We are seeking a skilled professional with at least 4 years of experience in laboratory chemistry. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting various tests, utilizing testing machines, and reporting findings using office software. With a structured training program spanning 6 months to 1 year, you will have the opportunity to specialize in 1-2 areas of expertise, laying the foundation for a rewarding career in the nutraceutical industry.

**Experience and Responsibilities**:

- Perform a range of chemical tests and analyses to assess the quality and composition of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
- Operate testing machines and equipment with precision and adherence to safety protocols.
- Utilize office software for accurate and timely reporting of test results, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Participate in the development and implementation of laboratory procedures and protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions to ensure product quality.
- Maintain accurate records of laboratory activities, including test results, equipment maintenance, and inventory management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biochemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working as a lab chemist, preferably in the nutraceutical or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with laboratory information management systems (LIMS), MS Office, and other relevant software.
- Experience with chromatography software such as Chromeleon or Xcalibur is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $31.50-$38.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
