We’re growing, and we’re looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to join our team.

Reporting directly to AV Group ownership, the Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for the operation and upkeep of the installation shop, warehouse facilities and AV Group assets. This individual will interact regularly with Project Management, Programming and Engineering team members, as well as with external parties as required.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Receiving and documenting of inbound product and storage of product in warehouse, ensuring shipments are accurate and complete
- Maintaining an accurate hardware and consumables inventory, and communicating status, replenishment needs and any discrepancies to ownership and impacted team members
- Maintaining a clean, organized and safe work warehouse environment - including storage and organization of product, materials, skidding; and recycling and warehouse garbage removal
- Liaising with vendors, couriers, freight companies and logistics providers, including coordinating deliveries and pickups; and tracking down lost or missing shipments
- Preparing and packaging equipment, racks, hardware and materials for delivery or shipment to project sites
- Preparing packages, creating packing slips/labels/cross-border documentation, and delivering to the local courier drop-off point
- Occasional and last-minute equipment/materials pickups from suppliers and deliveries to offsite storage facilities and job sites in a company-provided vehicle
- Providing recommendations to improve and streamline warehouse operations and inventory management

Qualifications:

- Experience in a warehouse environment an asset
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office 365
- Narrow Aisle Reach Truck and/or Forklift license an asset; the willingness to be trained and certified is a requirement
- Must possess a valid G-class driver’s license and maintain a clean abstract to drive a company-provided vehicle
- Effective time management and an attention to detail
- Effective and professional oral and written communication with both co-workers and suppliers
- Ability to safely lift heavy equipment and boxes
- Ability to work individually as well as part of a team
- First Aid certification an asset
- Brokerage experience an asset

**Salary**: $21.00-$25.71 per hour
