- _We will be temporarily offering a $2.00/hr evening shift bonus_
- **MUST be able to work Full Time**

**Here’s what you bring to the team**:

- The ability to deliver white glove customer services to an elite clientele, assisting with tasks including dining reservations, ticket purchases and flower requests.
- Recommend tailored solutions to the customer to drive brand loyalty.
- Comfort in utilizing a variety of resources including search engines, websites and internal resources to research customer requests with the goal of delivering meaningful and valuable solutions.
- Ability to navigate multiple complex systems to accurately document and research customer information.
- Ability to maintain acceptable performance standards including effectiveness, efficiency and quality.
- **Qulaifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check.
- 1 year of customer service or call center experience preferred.
- Prior experience in the Hospitality or Travel industries preferred.
- Must be internet savvy and proficient at navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
