Quality Control Manager

Role Summary
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop, implement, and manage quality assurance processes and standards for our products, manufacturing and facility.
- Lead and mentor a team of QA Technicians to achieve departmental and organizational quality goals.
- Conduct regular audits of production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
- Manage external customer audits, ensuring we maintain a high standard of excellence at all times.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
- Analyze product performance data to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain documentation for quality assurance processes, including SOPs, daily bath data, and training materials.
- Monitor industry regulations and best practices to ensure the organization remains compliant and up-to-date.
- Responsibility for all tracking, information gathering and retention as set up in the Quality Program.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Quality Assurance or a related field.
- Proven experience as a QA Manager or similar role in the consumer goods manufacturing.
- In-depth knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies such as Six Sigma or ISO 9001 etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a diverse team.
- Proficiency in quality assurance software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing quality issues.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
