**About Us**:At HDC, we are committed to nurturing the next generation of beauty professionals. Our school offers comprehensive cosmetology programs designed to provide students with the skills, knowledge, and hands-on experience they need to excel in the industry. As a Desk Associate, you will play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming and organized environment for students, staff and clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet students, visitors, and staff with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is neat and organized at all times.
- Help with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and inventory.
- Coordinate student appointments for salon services offered by our students.
- Collaborate with instructors and staff to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a positive experience for everyone
- Assist in event planning and coordination within the school.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A genuine interest in the beauty and cosmetology industry.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly and approachable personality.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing needs.
