Shopify Logistics is a dispersed network of fulfillment centres, powered by machine learning that predicts the closest fulfillment centre and optimizes inventory quantities to ensure fast low-cost delivery.

Large marketplaces have trained us to expect products delivered to our doorsteps within 1-2 days at no extra cost. As a result, millions of sellers on other marketplaces are falling behind, unable to cost-effectively deliver products to their customers. Our mission is to transform the $8- 12B fragmented and outdated logistics industry and build an intelligent, asset-lite network that enables any online seller to offer fast, affordable fulfillment.

**Job Description**:
As Shopify Logistics’s first Marketing Operations Specialist, you’ll have the opportunity to architect and build our marketing tooling from the ground up. You’ll work very closely with our sales and marketing teams to support everything from the top of funnel marketing all the way down to support. Your impact will have a direct impact on Shopify Logistics by building out the tooling that our teams use everyday.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as a trusted advisor to Marketing Leadership, helping to inform strategic decisions with world-class analysis and reporting
- Design, implement and manage our marketing attribution model
- Operate as a part of the Revenue Operations team to provide a fantastic merchant experience
- Help to build, manage and execute upon the tooling and systems components of the Revenue Operations roadmap ensuring that Marketing requirements are met and our Roadmap aligns with Marketing strategy
- Partner with Growth Marketing, Sales Leadership and the Process Improvement team to optimize the lead process
- Partner with Business Operations to provide actionable insights and inform strategic decisions among the Executive team
- Partner with the Marketing leadership team to illustrate marketing results and business impact for ongoing business reviews
- Own the technology stack, providing a fantastic end user experience and ensuring end-to-end data flow
- Owns complex, critical marketing and sales operations systems and tools used cross-functionally that require expert administration (including Salesforce sales and marketing clouds, Salesloft, Chilipiper and other integrated systems).
- Responsible for enabling all marketing teams with dashboards and analytics
- Work closely with Finance, Marketing leadership, Sales leadership, and Business Operations to forecast budgets, set goals, and help define the company's strategy

**Qualifications**:

- The ability to thrive in chaos, to be comfortable with ambiguity and think quickly on your feet

- Financial acumen to understand the financial results of campaigns
- Technically savvy: you embrace the opportunities to get into technology and you can learn it quickly.
- Confident and proactive team player - cross-functional collaboration is critical
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing and marketing operations at a technology company
- Familiarity with Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud and other marketing tools
- Knowledge of customer lifecycle modelling and Account Based strategies
