We are presently recruiting for a **Product Manager, **Skin Quality** based in Markham. This full-time position reports the Portfolio Lead, Facial.

The incumbent will oversee the management of the SkinMedica and Latisse brands and be part of the launch of a new product in Q2 2023 and a growing Skin Quality portfolio. These products fill a unique and critical role in our patients’ lives and our customers’ practices. The Product Manager will be part of a fast-paced, dynamic and highly collaborative environment that is dedicated to creating value for our customers (Plastic Surgery, Dermatology, and Aesthetic Medicine practitioners), their patients, and the Allergan Medical Aesthetics business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be the champion of our customers and their patients, continually working to better understand and deliver on their needs and identify opportunities for partnership
- Lead the collaborative development and execution of yearly Skin Quality brand plans with local and International cross-functional partners
- Drive understanding and alignment of strategic goals, positioning, messaging and tactical plans to internal customers, field sales force and external agencies.
- Analyze market dynamics and opportunities and communicate findings to brand team and to senior management.
- Work in close collaboration with the Forecasting team to deliver accurate and timely output.
- Own the development of key solutions and tools designed to boldly drive SkinMedica® growth with both customers (B2B) and consumers (DTC) while accurately planning and reporting financial spend; this includes estimating monetary impact of solutions and developing and implementing measurement plans (KPIs)
- Support in the launch and operationalization of a new skin quality product in Q2 2023
- In collaboration with the sales training organization, develop robust, comprehensive sales force training materials and programs and training execution strategies
- Work closely with marketing colleagues to develop synergies with the other businesses in the Medical Aesthetics portfolio (including BOTOX COSMETIC®, Juvéderm®, CoolSculpting®, and Belkyra®)
- Work collaboratively with International Marketing & Strategic Operations (IMCO) counterparts to co-create IMCO-led solutions to ensure they reflect Canadian strategic priorities and local regulations
- Build and enrich KOL relationships in support of our brand objectives
- Motivate and inspire field sales teams by delivering innovative and value-creating tools and programs

**Skills**:

- Proactive, creative, and genuinely passionate about the Aesthetics industry
- Strategic thinking, multi-tasking with a high level of organization and time management skills
- Strong marketing skills including data analytics, strategy and marketing tool development
- Resourceful self-starter with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders and opinion leaders
- Strong project management skills and an ability to think and plan strategically and operate with executional excellence
- Ability to take and process feedback constructively
- Demonstrated financial accounting

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Equivalent to a four-year University education with emphasis in science and/or business
- A minimum of three years of commercial experience in the CPG or pharmaceutical industry; previous experience in sales and/or Marketing is an asset
- Brand management experience is a strength; Medical Aesthetics experience is preferred
- Flexibility for travel is required (~ 25%)
- Bilingualism (French/English) would be an asset
