About Us

The Support Supervisor is a customer facing role, coordinating Support activities and repair tasks between external Customers and OSI support, and repair resources, including routine interface with OSI Long Term Support (LTS) Customers.

KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Five+ years working in service support (e.g. help desk support, maintenance planning) which includes experience in systems, hardware, and software environments
- Previous experience in the military/defense sector, maritime, or aviation preferred
- University degree in the Engineering field, or an Engineering Diploma
- Process oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Some maintenance or repair experience essential
