**Chiropractic Receptionist**:
**We are seeking a friendly, outgoing and organized Chiropractic Receptionist to join our growing healthcare team. You will work alongside two doctors and our office manager and will be a key person in providing a welcoming and positive experience in our office. In this role, you will work at the front desk and will be responsible for greeting our patients and other visitors, checking in patients, answering phones and questions, collecting patient fees and co-pays, processing paperwork, and scheduling appointments. You will also be primarily responsible for current cleaning and sanitation procedures, as well as keeping our records and work environments organized.**
**Chiropractic Receptionist Duties and Responsibilities**
**- **Greet patients and other visitors when they arrive
- Answer patient questions and provide assistance when necessary
- Distribute forms and paperwork to patients and check them over to ensure that required fields are completed properly
- Collect patient fees and co-pays
- Record keeping
- Sanitize and keep office/work area clean and organized
- Manage inventory of necessary office supplies and coordinate
**Chiropractic Receptionist Requirements and Qualifications**
**- **High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+years of experience working as an administrative assistant or in a relevant role
- Highly organized multi-tasker who works well in a fast paced environment
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company
- Knowledge of computer programs including Microsoft Office and scheduling software is an asset
**This position is a permanent position and will encompass the following split hours Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 8:30am-11:30 am; 2:30pm-6:30pm and Tuesdays 2:30pm-7:30pm. Wages (from $13.50 per hour) to be discussed at interview stage. Experience to be considered.**
