**Position Summary**

Under the general direction of the Manager, Human Resources, this position is responsible for delivering HR services to a site, including coordinating team member requests and changes, as well as providing admini strative support. Ensures adherence to the Company
- s policies and procedures, motivates and leads by example and supports Great Canadian
- s learning environment while establishing a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members.
**Key Accountabilities
- Processes HR paperwork and maintains site files
- Prepares internal correspondence as directed
- Manages and maintains lists of regulatory requirements
- Conducts site orientations
- Responds to employment verification requests
- Coordinates WSIB Claims to ensure accuracy
- Provides guidance and interpretation of the sites two collective agreements.
- Assists with the return-to-work process and managing team member Leave of absences.
- Provides HR advice to team members and site managers; refers to the Manager, Human Resources when necessary.
- Liaises with other locations on team member and file transfers
- May attend the OH&S meetings as an employer represe ntative
- Communicates effectively with all appropriate operational departments
- Builds strong working relationships with guests and team members
- Ensures compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regu lations Performs other duties as assigned or directed

**Education and Qualifications**
- High School Diploma; post secondary education in HR or a suitable combination of education and experience
- HR Desig nation an asset
- Minimum 2 years of HR or administrative support experience
- Ability to exceed internal and external customer expectations through timely, effective and service oriented communication
- Computer literacy in MS Off ice; JDE or HRIS experience an asset Ability to successfully obtain a Gaming License

**Work Environment Considerations**
- Regular office and casino environment, non-traditional work hours may be required in c ertain circumstances, some travel may be required
