**Job description**

We are looking for a high-energy, positive and friendly person who thrives in a fast-paced environment to join our team. You will manage the inbound calls, assist with booking appointments and performing follow-up calls. This person works with a sense of urgency and excitement and aims to go above and beyond for our clients and other team members.

autologiQ is a rapidly growing digital automotive service provider. Through our digital platform and remote service advisors, we help our clients extend the useful life of their vehicle in an affordable way. Our team assists clients with the maintenance and repairs of their vehicle by connecting them with an authorized iQ Network shop in North America.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- Answering inbound calls to assist with questions
- Direct calls to appropriate department with adequate information
- Problem solve any issues and questions on your own
- Use CRM software to manage schedules and communication
- Help with administrative tasks such as reporting, record keeping, auditing documents

**WHAT YOU NEED**
- Strong command of oral and written English language
- Professional and clear speaking voice
- Strong knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- OSSD Graduate
- Ability to work on location in Oakville

**SCHEDULE AND HOURS**
- Monday to Friday (No weekends)
- 10am - 7pm daily
- This position is at our head office in Oakville (remote work not available)

**Salary**: $38,400.00-$50,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

- Call center: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

- Day Shift (preferred)
