Surrey, Canada Planet Group Property Management Full time

Planet Group Property Management is looking to hire reliable Property Managers to oversee operations at various commercial properties. In this position, you will work with leasing agents to create leasing contracts for new tenants, ensure units are ready for tenants, fulfill repair requests efficiently, and track daily expenses. We can provide you some of our existing clientele to take care of.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Provide property management services in compliance with the contracts in place and within the guide-lines of the company
- Demonstrate strong fiscally responsible management skills
- Build strong relationships with tenants and coordinate trades & maintenance staff
- Deal with tenant issues in a timely and effective manner
- Negotiate leases and other agreements, rent reviews, surrenders and other related legal documents.
- Provide inspections and reports for the properties including improvement work
- Ensure the efficient operation, maintenance and repair of the properties while adhering to government regulations and safety procedures
- Other related duties as determined from time to time

**What you bring**
- Property Management License
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal property regulations
- Organized and able to create multiple timelines, budgets, and schedules
- Excellent communication skills
- And most importantly a positive attitude.

**Salary**: $36,115.00-$86,098.83 per year
