**Job Summary**
Reporting to the HR Lead, the successful applicant will provide office staff workflow co-ordination and administrative support. This experienced individual will be fully involved in ensuring the effective workflow and communications of the HR Lead, including liaising with Management, Principals, Vice-Principals, Teachers, Superintendents, Trustees, Board, unions, federations and associations, public and other stakeholders to provide and receive information and initiate follow up action with appropriate staff or providing appropriate referrals as required. Providing support to Employee and Labour Relations Team, Human Resources department, committees and meetings, preparing agenda packages and minutes; arranging and scheduling meetings.
**Key Responsibilities**
Responsibilities will include: coordinating and supporting HR departmental staff, initiatives, and projects; composing, preparing and maintaining correspondence, documentation, reports and statistics; assisting with the formatting and proofreading of documents; managing all correspondence received and prepared; liaising with others to provide and receive information; processing invoices and journal entries, ordering supplies and equipment, and monitoring departmental budget; maintaining and updating statistical reports, HR intranet, forms, procedures, and process; maintaining a comprehensive filing system; other duties as assigned.
