**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers of PLF.
- Working with CAD, PEP and Global Shop systems daily for analyzing, preparing, presenting, and inputting customer inquiries and orders.
- Identify sales opportunities and generate new business.
- Job costing and cost management for customers projects and inquiries
- Achieve sales targets and goals individually and as a team.
- Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers.
- Collaborate with teammates on customer projects and production requirements.
- Continuously expand knowledge of products, market trends, systems and competition
- Grow revenues and profits in accordance with the business plan
- Liaise with purchasing department to ensure sufficient inventory is available to meet project & customer demand.
- Monitor, evaluate, and effectively communicate recommendations with respect to lost sales opportunities.
- Continuously improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency.

Preference will be given:

- Manufacturing experience and knowledge
- CADD programming experience and / or education
- Metal and metal processing techniques, business, and equipment
- Previous sales and / or customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to work independently in a faced past environment.
- Is self motivated with a outgoing positive demeanor
- A high level of accountability and integrity
- A track record for meeting and exceeding personal and professional targets
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- A track record of time management and problem solving abilities

**Salary**: $68,007.00-$73,628.00 per year
