**About the Position**:
A global industry leader in water treatment for over 45 years is looking for Field Sales Representatives.
The Field Sales Representative is responsible for the brand and market presence of a well-established water treatment system company and establishing and continuing relationship development with our customers. Additionally, the Field Sales Representative is responsible for developing new market opportunities through lead generation with Costco.

**Key Areas of Responsibilities**:
2. Perform effective in-home sales presentations that demonstrate, educate, overcome customer objections, and assist customers in making informed decisions. You will present and recommend the ideal whole home water treatment solutions through various product bundles that can help with chlorine, chloramines, hard water build-up, and other common city water problems (both natural and man-made).

3. Inspect where the water purification equipment should be installed in the basement of the house and calculate installation costs.

4. Maintain relationships with the Costco stores to create more store generated leads and to keep stores and its members focused on our program.

5. Develops sales leads; setup and tear down, perform in store demos, engage with members, prospects customers, responds to sales referrals to gather pertinent information, ascertain and prioritize customer needs and set appointments.

6. Enters all leads into database, documents status and follow-up requirements. Communicates weekly work schedule and lead status to National Sales Manager.

7. Performs effective sales presentation that demonstrates, educates, and entertains customers on our products; offer special promotions, overcome customer objections, and assists customers to make informed decisions.

8. Processes orders according to established procedures, collects payment from customer and arranges product installation by applicable dealer.

9. Participates in company post-sale consumer program; schedules appointments to visit customers to follow up and ensure confidence in their purchase. Work to generate referral business and provide consumer thank you gifts.

10. Maintains a professional appearance and attitude reflecting the company’s dedication to professionalism.

11. Communicates effectively with internal departments to ensure superior customer service.
12. Works a flexible workweek to accommodate Costco store hours and customer requirements.

This includes evenings and weekends.

**Job Knowledge, Skills, and Experience**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years of direct sales experience
- Excellent interpersonal/customer relations skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Skill set in sales and persuasion in presenting value to consumers.
- Effective communication with a positive and sincere attitude
- Customer service and team building
- Accuracy of activities performed.
- Effective communication to stakeholders
- Good organizational skills
- Good computer skills including word processing and spreadsheet proficiency.
- Can work well independently.
- Professional mannerism
- Must have a car, a valid Class G driver's license, and an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to travel within the specified region.
- Flexibility to work shifts of 40 hours (5 days only) Monday through Sunday, between 9am and

9pm. Weekly schedule to be mutually determined and agreed to between the Sales representative and Program manager.

**Salary**:
Base hourly + commission structure

$90,000 - $120,000 yearly

**Salary**: $90,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
