**What you'll be doing**:

- Software Updates and Patches: Assist in the deployment of software updates, patches, and bug fixes, and ensure that these changes are applied smoothly and do not disrupt business operations.
- Develop, test and maintain software packages for distribution to end users desktops, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.
- Implement and maintain standardized procedures and guidelines for software packaging to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain skills in Microsoft Windows and Mac OS deployment and software packaging technologies, including assessing how they may be deployed into existing services or developed into new ones.
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and end-users regarding software packaging and deployment procedures.
- Work with a ticketing system for request and incidents pertaining software deployment (ServiceNow)

**What you'll need to be successful**:
**Must Haves**:

- 1-2 year experience in a related field
- Proficiency in SCCM 2012 and Intune deployment tools
- Strong knowledge of the Workstation environments (Windows, MAC)
